Fung Ying-ki (Chinese: 馮英騏; Jyutping: fung jing kei; 7 February 1980 – 2 November 2023) was a Paralympic wheelchair fencer from Hong Kong, China. At the 2000 Summer Paralympics he won three gold medals in the men's individual foil, team foil, and individual sabre events and took bronze in team sabre. Four years later at the Athens Paralympics, he won two golds in individual foil and team sabre and a silver in team foil.
