Gabriel Jack Chin is an author, legal scholar, and Professor at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. Chin is the Chester H. Smith Professor of Law and co-director of the Program in Criminal Law and Policy at the James E. Rogers College of Law, and Professor at the School of Government and Public Policy. In 2011, he accepted an offer to join the faculty at the UC Davis School of Law in the 2011-2012 academic year.
