Gan Yang (born 1952; Chinese: 甘陽; pinyin: Gān Yáng) is a Chinese political philosopher. A prominent member of the Chinese New Left, he is dean of the Liberal Arts College at Sun Yat-sen University, and was formerly professor of political philosophy at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
