George Edward Milles-Lade, 2nd Earl Sondes (11 May 1861 – 1 October 1907) was an English first-class cricketer active 1882–91 who played for Kent. He was born in Faversham; died in Marylebone. During his playing career, he was known as Viscount Throwley. He was the eldest son of the 1st Earl of Sondes and succeeded as the 2nd Earl in September 1894.
