Gian Franco Kasper (24 January 1944 – 9 July 2021) was a Swiss ski official who was president of the International Ski Federation (FIS) from 1998 to 2021. Kasper also served as a member of the International Olympic Committee (2000–2018) and served as member of the World Anti-Doping Agency (2003–2021).
