Grant Thomson (born 18 March 1988) is a South African first-class cricketer. He was included in the Easterns cricket team squad for the 2015 Africa T20 Cup. He was the leading run-scorer in the 2016–17 CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge, with a total of 472 in ten matches. In August 2017, he was named in Nelson Mandela Bay Stars' squad for the first season of the T20 Global League. However, in October 2017, Cricket South Africa initially postponed the tournament until November 2018, with it being cancelled soon after.
