Guto Harri (born 8 July 1966) is a writer, broadcaster, and strategic communications consultant. He read Politics, Philosophy and Economics at The Queen's College, Oxford, followed by a postgraduate diploma in broadcast journalism from Cardiff University. He spent 18 years as a journalist at the BBC. From 2008 to 2012 he was Director of External Affairs for the Mayor of London Boris Johnson.
