Hanson Taylor Dowell, QC (September 14, 1906 – September 23, 2000) was a Canadian lawyer, judge, politician, and ice hockey administrator. He represented the electoral district of Annapolis East in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly from 1960 to 1963. He was a member of the Progressive Conservatives. He was closely associated with minor hockey throughout most of his life, and served as president of the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association.
