Helen Olivia Bicknell Whately (née Lightwood; born 23 June 1976) is a British Conservative Party politician who was appointed by Boris Johnson Minister of State for Social Care at the Department of Health and Social Care on 13 February 2020 in the 2020 British cabinet reshuffle. She has served as a Member of Parliament (MP) for Faversham and Mid Kent since 2015. She also served as Deputy Chair of the Conservative Party.
