Howard Yuan-Hao Chang (traditional Chinese: 張元豪; born 1972) is a Taiwanese-American physician-scientist and is the senior vice president of research and chief scientific officer of Amgen. He was previously the Virginia and D. K. Ludwig Professor of Cancer Genomics and of Genetics at the Stanford University School of Medicine. He is best known for his research with long non-coding RNAs. a principal investigator at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute,
