Hue Jackson (born October 22, 1965) is an American football coach who last served as the special assistant to the head coach for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He has also served as the head coach for the Oakland Raiders and the Cleveland Browns and has been an offensive coordinator for multiple teams. Before joining Oakland, Jackson served as an offensive assistant coach for several NFL teams, most notably as the offensive coordinator for the Washington Redskins under Steve Spurrier and the Atlanta Falcons under Bobby Petrino. Jackson's 3–36–1 record over two-and-a-half seasons with the Browns (winning percentage 8.8%) is the worst record that a head coach has recorded while presiding over an NFL team for at least 40 games.
