Francisco Humberto Vélez Montiel (born March 30, 1955) is a Mexican voice actor who is most widely known for dubbing the voice of Homer Simpson in the Latin American version of The Simpsons. In 2005, Humberto Vélez Montiel was fired when the voices of the Simpsons were replaced by others following a labor dispute.
