Hysen Bajri (1825-1848) was an Albanian bajraktar och clan-leader born in Koshutan, Rugova, Kosovo. He was the younger brother of Kadri Bajri. He fought alongside the Rugova highlanders against the Ottomans and Serbo-Montenegrins. During battle, he would always carry the flag. In 1848 he entered a battle with Miter Miljanov, the brother of Marko Miljanov, and came out as victorious, killing Miter. He died during the Battle of Šekular.
