Imogene Ruth Albritton Mayer (March 7, 1913 - July 10, 1996) was an American philanthropist known for giving over $1.4 million to projects in her hometown of Sikeston, Missouri, notably to the Imogene Ruth Albritton Mayer Center for the Arts and donations to the Missouri Delta Medical Center, Sikeston's hospital.
