Isaiah "Lefty" Harris (July 2, 1929 – September 18, 2001) was a pitcher in Negro League baseball. He played for the Memphis Red Sox in 1949 and 1950. In 1950, he went 9–4 with a 3.13 earned run average. He was considered one of the best pitchers in the Negro American League western division.
