James Robinson (3 Feb 1915 – Mar 1992) was an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. He played at representative level for England, and at club level for Castleford, as a centre, i.e. number 3 or 4. He also appeared for both Wigan (Heritage № 492) and rivals St Helens as a World War II guest player.
