Jeffrey Ulmer (born April 27, 1977) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey right winger. He is currently a skills coach for the Arizona Coyotes. He played 21 games in the National Hockey League for the New York Rangers during the 2000-01 NHL season and scored three goals. His brother Jason also played professionally for 16 seasons.
