Jefferson Franklin Moser (3 May 1848 – 11 October 1934) was a career officer in the United States Navy. His career spanned the American Civil War and the Spanish–American War. He is noteworthy because he was promoted to the rank of rear admiral twenty years after his retirement from the Navy by a ruling of the Supreme Court of the United States.
