John Caldwell (July 4, 1849 – March 7, 1916) was a Republican member of the Michigan State House of Representatives from 1897 through 1900. He represented the Wexford district comprising the counties of Wexford, Missaukee and Clare. He was also a respected farmer and knowledgeable timberman of northern Michigan.
