John Mikloth Magoola Luwuliza-Kirunda (5 August 1940 – 8 August 2005) was a prominent Ugandan physician who served numerous roles in the Idi Amin government, serving both as Ministers of Internal Affairs of Uganda and Organizing Secretary of the Uganda People's Congress, serving in the latter role twice.
