Sir John Silvester, 1st Baronet (7 September 1745 – 30 March 1822), FRS, FSA, DCL, was an English lawyer and Common Serjeant of London from 1790 to 1803, and Recorder of London, the senior Circuit Judge at the Central Criminal Court (the Old Bailey), from 1803 until his death in 1822.
