José Delfín Fernández Gómez (July 31, 1992 – September 25, 2016) was a Cuban-American professional baseball pitcher. He stood 6 feet 3 inches (1.91 m) tall and weighed 243 pounds (110 kg) during his playing career. He was affectionately known as "Niño" by his teammates and fans due to the youthful exuberance with which he played the game. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Miami Marlins from 2013 until his death in 2016.
