José Juan Barea Mora (born June 26, 1984) is a Puerto Rican professional basketball player who plays for Cangrejeros de Santurce of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). He played for the Dallas Mavericks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for Northeastern University before joining the Mavericks in 2006 and becoming only the seventh Puerto Rican to play in the NBA. He went on to win an NBA championship with the Mavericks in 2011 before signing with the Minnesota Timberwolves, where he played for the next three seasons. He has also played in the NBA Development League and the Baloncesto Superior Nacional.
