Joseph-Napoléon Francoeur (December 13, 1880 – July 25, 1965) was a lawyer, judge and political figure in Quebec. He represented Lotbinière in the Legislative Assembly of Quebec from 1908 to 1936 and Lotbinière in the House of Commons of Canada from 1937 to 1940 as a Liberal. Francoeur was Speaker of the Legislative Assembly from 1919 to 1928.
