Julia Balbilla (Greek: Ἰουλία Βαλβίλλα, 72 CE – after 130 CE) was a Roman noble woman and poet. Whilst in Thebes, touring Egypt as part of the imperial court of Hadrian, she inscribed four epigrams which have survived.
