Johann Karl Emmanuel Schenk (1 December 1823 – 18 July 1895) was a Swiss pastor, politician and member of the Swiss Federal Council (1863–1895). As of 2020, he is still the longest-serving member. Later in life he became one of the first leaders of the Swiss Red Cross.
