Kate Veale writes and illustrates children's books. She is the creator of the Mr Moon series aired on the Playhouse Disney channel from 2010. Kate is the daughter of Roy and Margaret. Her father was a high powered member of British Streel, her mother at one point worked as a secretary in an office for Winston Churchill. She has two sisters elder sister Claire and twin sister Amanda. For a time Kate lived in her parents idyllic hill cottage in Pershore, very close to Tydsley wood and the winding river Avon. Which must have helped with the inspiration for the adorable country companions.
