David Kenneth "Ken" Shroyer was an American football coach. He served as the head football coach at Western Maryland College, now McDaniel College, from 1922 to 1925, at Franklin & Marshall College from 1926 to 1927, and at New River State College, now West Virginia University Institute of Technology, from 1928 to 1933, compiling a career college football record of 50–40–11.
