Leonard F. (Len) Jarrett (born in England in 1921) served as Director of Administration of the World Scout Bureau in London, England, in Ottawa, Canada, and in Geneva, Switzerland from 1955 to 1981, and as a consultant for the World Scout Bureau from 1981 to 1986. Jarrett, a Canadian citizen, was the World Organizer of Jamboree on the Air (JOTA) for 30 years, from 1958 to 1988.
