Licia Kokocinski (born 8 October 1951) is an Australian politician. She served as an Australian Labor Party member of the Victorian Legislative Council from 1988 to 1996, representing Melbourne West Province. She was the first woman from a non-English speaking background to be elected to the Victorian parliament.
