Lim Swee Say, (Chinese: 林瑞生; pinyin: Lín Ruìshēng; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Lîm Sūi-seⁿ, born 13 July 1954) is a former Singaporean politician. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he stepped down as Minister for Manpower on 30 April 2018. He previously served as the Minister for the Environment from 2001 to 2004, a Minister in the Prime Minister's Office from 12 August 2004 to 30 September 2015, and as the Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) from 2005 to 2015. He was a Member of Parliament (MP) from 23 December 1996 to 23 June 2020.
