Linda Reinstein (December 28, 1955, San Diego, California) is the co-founder of the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization, a nonprofit focused on asbestos awareness and preventing related diseases through education, advocacy, and community efforts. Since the diagnosis of her husband, Alan Reinstein, from mesothelioma in 2003, she has become a leading global anti-asbestos activist. Reinstein is also primarily responsible for organizing ADAO's Annual International Asbestos Awareness Conference, an annual international scientific, medical and patient conference now in its 11th year.
