Liu Pang-yu (Chinese: 劉邦友; pinyin: Liú Bāngyǒu, died on November 21, 1996) was the Magistrate of Taoyuan County on Taiwan, Republic of China from 1989 until his death in 1996. Taoyuan County is now Taoyuan City, and the office of the Magistrate is now the office of the Mayor.
