Lőrinc Mészáros (born 24 February 1966) is a Hungarian gas-fitter, politician, businessman and strawman of Viktor Orbán, who served as Mayor of Felcsút between 2011 and 2018. With an estimated wealth of 407.7 billion forint ($1.3 billion) as of 2019, he is, according to Forbes, the richest person in Hungary. Several media outlets refer to him as "oligarch".
