Losang Jamcan, also spelled Losang Gyaltsen (Tibetan: བློ་བཟང་རྒྱལ་མཚན, Wylie: blo-bzang rgyal-mtshan, Lhasa dialect: Chinese: 洛桑江村; pinyin: Luòsāng Jiāngcūn; born July 1957), is an ethnic Tibetan politician of the People's Republic of China. He is the President of Tibet Autonomous Region People's Congress Standing Committee, and former Chairman (governor) of Tibet Autonomous Region and Mayor of Tibetan capital Lhasa.
