Lottie "The Body" Tatum-Graves-Claiborne (October 31, 1930-February 28, 2020) was an American burlesque dancer. She was known as the "Black Gypsy Rose Lee." Lottie worked in San Francisco, where she met and married Goose Tatum of the Harlem Globetrotters. Later, she moved to Detroit and continued to work as an exotic dancer, enjoying a lengthy career. She was known for her support of other exotic dancers. Lottie worked all over the U.S. and in numerous other countries, performing with many of the great singers, comedians, and musicians of her era. She was given the nickname "Lottie the Body" when she was a teenager working in modelling.
