Louis Ng Kok Kwang (simplified Chinese: 黄国光; traditional Chinese: 黃國光; pinyin: Huáng Guóguāng; born 8 December 1978) is a Singaporean politician and founder of Animal Concerns Research and Education Society (ACRES). A member of the Singapore-based People's Action Party (PAP), he has been serving as a Member of Parliament (MP) for Nee Soon Group Representation Constituency (GRC) since September 2015.
