Loy Allen Jr. (born April 7, 1966), is an American professional stock car racing driver. A former competitor in the NASCAR Winston Cup and Busch Series, he found his best results in the ARCA Bondo/Mar-Hyde Series, with a win at Atlanta Motor Speedway in 1992 and two second-place finishes at Talladega and Daytona in 1993.
