Luke Isaac Rhoad Loucks (born April 1, 1990) is an American former professional basketball player. He played college basketball for Florida State, where he was a member of four straight NCAA Tournament teams and still holds the school record for most career games played. After playing professionally in Latvia, Cyprus, Belgium, Germany, and the NBA Development League, Loucks joined the Golden State Warriors organization in the summer of 2016 in a paid internship position.
