Luthfur Rahman OBE (Bengali: লুথফুর রহমান; born October 1976) is a British Labour Party politician, councillor in the City of Manchester and Executive Member for Skills, Culture and Leisure in Manchester City Council. In May 2008, he became the first person of Bengali origin to be elected a Councillor on Manchester City Council.
