Winnie Ester Magdalena Andersson (born 9 March 1954) is a Swedish politician of the Moderate Party. She was a Member of the Riksdag from 2003 until 2012, representing Jönköping County, and then Governor of Västerbotten County from November 2012 to March 2020.
