'Majid Shafiq is a UK-born, Elite Football Specialist and a Pakistani Origin Pro football coach. In August 2015, coached by Shafiq, K-Electric F.C. became the first Pakistan football club to progress into the AFC Cup Play-Offs. His modern scientific approach and leadership qualities to bring the best out of average players has been highly appraised across Professional football in Asia. He is also a Sport Science graduate with specialisms in NLP and Player Mental preparation for elite sport and has been a godsend for Pakistan Football since his arrival in 2015. Since graduation and completing his postgraduate education at Oxford. He has pursued leadership and management roles in Education, Retail and Consulting. He developed his leadership skills with large organisations including Allianz Boots, Nobia Group and more recently his own Consulting Company. Deep down he feels and often says,"I am a teacher, coach and mentor and in whatever field I chose or that chooses me.....I will remain a teacher, a coach and a mentor as its who I am and I see myself as a facilitator and motivator who enjoys bringing the best out of people".
