Metropolitan Macarius (Ukrainian: Митрополит Макарій, Mytropolyt Makarii, secular name: Mykola Ivanovych Maletych, Ukrainian: Микола Іванович Малетич) (b. 1 October 1944) is a bishop of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU) and a permanent member of the Standing Holy Synod of the OCU. His full title is His Eminence Macarius, Metropolitan of Lviv.
