Makau W. Mutua (born 1958) is a Kenyan-American professor of law. He holds the post of SUNY Distinguished Professor and Margaret W. Wong Professor at the SUNY Buffalo School of Law. He is also a scholar of TWAIL (Third World Approaches to International Law) and teaches international human rights, international business transactions, and international law.
