Malcolm Graham (born January 14, 1963) is a former Democratic member of the North Carolina Senate, where he represented District 40 (Mecklenburg County). He was first elected in 2004, defeating incumbent Fountain Odom in the Democratic primary and Republican Brian Sisson in the general election. He served in the Senate through 2014, when he ran unsuccessfully ran for the United States House of Representatives in District 12.
