Rosina Mamokgethi Setati-Phakeng (née Mmutlana, born 1 November 1966) is a South African mathematics educator & researcher, who holds the position of Vice Principal, Research and Innovation, at the University of South Africa . She was previously, she was Executive Dean of the College of Science, Engineering and Technology [1] at the same university.
