Manuel Ruigómez y Velasco (July 15, 1887 in Villasana de Mena, Burgos, Spain – March 26, 1967) was a Spanish Army officer known for his role as a General in the Rif War, during the period of Colonial Africa. In 1919, he was awarded the Laureate Cross of Saint Ferdinand, Spain's highest decoration for gallantry.
