Marian Cucchiaroni Mihail (born 7 May 1958) is a Romanian professional football manager and former player. Mihail played as a right back and won international honours for Romania at under-21, under-23, and senior level. He spent the majority of his career with Sportul Studentesc Bucharest, in Romania`s top flight, making 385 league appearances and scoring six goals. After retiring as a player he moved into coaching. Mihail has managed teams in Romania, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Syria, Iraq and Vietnam. He has also served as National Technical Director of Romania from 2011 to 2014.
