Marion Elizabeth Mingins, QHC (12 July 1952 – 26 June 2006) was a British Anglican priest and former social worker. A Canon Residentiary of St Edmundsbury Cathedral from 1993 to 2002, she became the first woman to become an Anglican Chaplain to the Queen when she was appointed in 1996.
