Mark Fletcher Taylor (born May 7, 1957) is an American businessman, politician and member of the Democratic Party. He served two terms between 1999 and 2007 as the tenth Lieutenant Governor of Georgia. Taylor was the Democratic nominee for governor of Georgia in 2006, losing in the general election to Republican incumbent Sonny Perdue.
